Description:

Spell Source: Wild magic Chaos Burst: First attack roll determines benefit: If even: +1 to AC till end of next turn. If odd: make a saving throw.

Chaos Power: Gain a damage bonus to arcane power equal to Dex Mod. (Increase to +2 lvl 11, +4 lvl 21)

Unfettered Power: When player rolls a Nat 20 for an arcane power, slide the target 1 sqr and knock it prone after applying other effects. When a Nat 1 is rolled on an attack for an arcane power, push each creature within 5 squares of character 1 square.

Wild Soul: When finishing an extended rest, roll a d10 to determine a damage type. Gain resist 5 to that damage till the end of the next extended rest. (increase to 10 lvl 11, 15 lvl 21) 1-acid, 2-cold, 3-fire, 4-force, 5-lightning, 6-necrotic, 7-poison, 8-psychic, 9-radiant, 10-thunder

May use daggers and staffs as implements.

At-will powers:

Chaos Bolt, Std Action, Ranged 10 Primary target: 1 creature. Cha Vs Will Hit: 1d10 + Cha Mod (change to 2d10 + Cha Mod @ lvl 21) If an even number is rolled make a secondary attack. Secondary target: one creature within 5 squares of primary. Cha vs Will (if even number is rolled, repeat secondary attack.) 1d6 psychic damage. A creature can only be attacked once with this power.

Burning Spray, Std Action, Close blast 3 Each Creature in blast Cha vs Ref 1d8 + Cha Mod fire dmg (@ lvl 21: Increase to 2d8 + Cha Mod)

Encounter Powers: Frostbind, Std Action, Ranged 10 Target 1 creature. Cha vs Fort 3d6 + cha mod cold and target takes -2 penalty to Ref until end of next turn

Warforged Resolve Minor action Must be Bloodied You gain a number of temporary hit points equal to 3 + one-half your level.

It seems as if he must have been very newly forged, as he has no recollection before being an initiate. He knows he has a “Final Messenger” install inside him, but has no access to it. He has a feeling that maybe he’s some sort of experiment by the academy… or maybe someone is using him to infiltrate it.. or possibly something else completely.. but he’s curious to what the outcome could be.

What’s interesting is that he has some odd ability with magic. Where most constructs are built for direct physical combat, he seems designed to harness this strange but inconsistent power source.
